The Global Sports Marketing and Partnerships team is responsible for creating and executing athlete and partnership strategies in line with business goals and strategic priorities.

We bring our brand and product to life for our guests.


a day in the life:

what you'll do:

Welcome to the Global Sports Marketing & Partnership organization. This role is key with elevating lululemon's brand presence in partnership with our global ambassador collective across the globe. Day to day, the role requires clear communication & collaboration with designers, product leaders & athlete relationship managers.


Keys to success:


  • Be organized, focused, passionate about exploring new methods to expose lululemon's brand.
  • Be curious, bold, creative, fun.
  • Support our product growth by ensuring our athletes wear the latest & greatest product.
  • Manage conversations with innovation & design partners.
  • Prepare athlete outfitting tech packs for presentation.
  • Communicating to crossfunctional partners
  • Manage athlete product calendar
This role will support executing marketing & brand lead campaigns, showcasing product through our ambassadors.

The lead role brings together cross functional workstreams to deliver a seamless athlete experience across all touch points and is responsible for enrolment & collaboration with department partners.

The role will have a combination of graphic design along with product logistics & operations.

qualifications

  • 25 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
  • Experience with typography, graphic layouts, & branding
  • Experience within operations & logistics is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or graphic arts is an asset
  • Retail operations experience is an asset
