Fournir un soutien au Centre de l'optique et aux opticiens pour l'exploitation du Centre de l'optique. Répondre aux questions des clients du Centre de l'optique et de toute la succursale et fournir un service à la clientèle.
Ce que vous ferez...
- Accueillir les clients et répondre au téléphone.
- Aider à la prise de rendez-vous pour les examens de la vue.
- Aider au maintien des normes du Centre de l'optique (stockage, nettoyage, présentoirs, organisation).
- Servir et répondre aux besoins des clients du Centre de l'optique (choix de montures, accessoires, réparations).
- Faciliter la communication entre les parties du Centre de l'optique (opticiens, clients, docteurs).
- Démontrer des capacités avancées quant aux transactions au PDV (interaction avec les systèmes des avantages sociaux en plus de l'argent comptant).
- Gérer la marchandise réservée.
- Effectuer le mesurage technique des lunettes.
The pay range for this position is $ $23.10/hr. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
L'échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 17.60 à 23.10 $/h. . La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction de l'expérience pertinente.
