Job Brief_

We are looking for a hard-working Low Rise Residential Construction - Site Coordinator.

You will work together with the Low Rise Construction Team and will be responsible for assisting the Rough and Finish Site Supers.

Position Responsibilities_

  • Assist the Senior Super, Finish Super with administrative office work.
  • Prepare packages for trades to include working drawings, purchaser extras, etc.
  • Maintain organized site office. You will be required to demonstrate skills in keeping schedules current, as well as maintaining a timely and accurate flow of paperwork.

Comprehensive knowledge_ of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

  • Possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on working together
  • Possess very strong time management skills. You will be able to handle a wide variety of tasks and demands
  • Be articulate in English and have a professional demeanor.
  • Have a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle with Valid Auto Insurance, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA
  • Able to work well in a high stress environment
