Core Function:

Under the direction of the Program Manager/Program Coordinator, plans or participates in the planning of appropriate activities and providing high quality services to clients of the Day Program.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Social Work or Social Services, health sciences, activation, or equivalent
Experience in a social services setting preferred
Experience in geriatric rehabilitation in a longterm care setting is essential
Completion of a C.P.R. (i.e., completed within oneyear period)
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Relevant satisfactory work performance

Some lifting and transfer
