Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of basic office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable

Salary:
From $42,000.00 per year
