Job Title:
Quality Manager

Location:
North Vancouver (initially), with relocation to site on scheduled rotations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the Quality team to ensure project success by distributing work effectively and fostering individual and group growth.
Utilize cuttingedge Inspection technologies and industry codes to maintain quality standards.
Manage complex problems, collaborate with subcontractors, and oversee project Quality Plans.
Coordinate resources across business units and propose innovative solutions to anticipated challenges.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Postsecondary education in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in Quality Management or a related area.
Indepth knowledge of codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
Willingness to work in remote locations on varying schedules to support project needs.
