    Title: Manager, Communications and Brand Design

    Reports to:Director, Marketing and Public Affairs

    Location: Toronto

    Scope:

    The Manager, Communications and Brand Design, will join a collaborative team to enhance the organization's marketing and communications efforts both internally and externally, boosting brand awareness and engagement.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of branding, expertise in multimedia content development and design, and the ability to utilize digital tools to create compelling creative work. They should also be experienced in developing marketing strategies and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure marketing and communications strategies align with ACCES's values and objectives.
    • Contribute to content creation across all platforms, including videos, graphics, social media posts, and websites.
    • Support content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring compliance with standards.
    • Create various marketing materials such as reports, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Maintain brand identity across all materials and activities.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop outreach plans and organize events.
    • Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
    • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, and digital strategies.
    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MailChimp, Salesforce, and Canva.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology solutions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Experience in the not-for-profit sector is an asset.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.

    The work schedule is currently hybrid, allowing for a mix of office and remote work, subject to change.
