As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives to new heights.


Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set sales objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Leadership and Development:


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.

Sales Performance Monitoring:


  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes.
  • Leverage CRM data to focus activities and increase deal closure rates.

Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:


  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
  • Use market intelligence to develop sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.

Collaboration with Other Departments:


  • Work closely with Project Coordination, Finance, Administration, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide input on project timelines, financial forecasts, administrative processes, and HR initiatives to support sales goals.
  • Collaborate on crossfunctional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

Other Responsibilities:


  • Continuously improve sales numbers, enhance efficiency, and set goals for the Roofing Consultant Team.
  • Manage all Roofing Consultants, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Actively participate in achieving overall company goals.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary amounts will be determined based on experience.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
