As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes.
- Leverage CRM data to focus activities and increase deal closure rates.
Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Use market intelligence to develop sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with Project Coordination, Finance, Administration, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide input on project timelines, financial forecasts, administrative processes, and HR initiatives to support sales goals.
- Collaborate on crossfunctional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
Other Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve sales numbers, enhance efficiency, and set goals for the Roofing Consultant Team.
- Manage all Roofing Consultants, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Actively participate in achieving overall company goals.
Salary and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
