    Description
    Back-End PHP Developer
    Our brands have grown to become two of the top-ranked travel agencies in North America. We now serve over 3 million customers per year, totaling 3 billion dollars in sales, and, whereas the pandemic may have slowed us down a little, we are coming back even stronger. We are looking for a PHP Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. Working with Pascal, our Lead Web Developer, you would have the opportunity to execute new software initiatives to ensure continued growth and stability of our flight search and booking system. Our projects run between 2 to 6 weeks, and can vary between integrations of new content sources, to enhancement of our various pricing and booking subsystems. PHP Programming, in a fast-paced & highly complex software landscape;
    College or university diploma in computer science or relevant experience;
    Leveraging cache systems, such as Redis & Memcache, to ensure the stability of core data sources: MySQL clusters & API providers;
    Data normalization, blending unlike data sets to allow them to appear uniform and form a single source of truth;
    Working in a bilingual environment.

En collaboration avec Pascal, un de nos leaders Développeur Web vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur notre système de recherche et de réservation de vols afin d'en assurer la croissance et sa stabilité. Nos projets durent de 2 à 6 semaines et peuvent varier entre l'intégration de nouvelles sources de contenu à l'amélioration de nos divers sous-systèmes de tarification et de réservation. Programmation PHP, dans un environnement logiciel très complexe et en évolution rapide ;
    Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en programmation informatique ou expérience pertinente ;
    L'exploitation de systèmes de cache, tels que Redis et Memcache, pour garantir la stabilité des sources de données principales : Clusters MySQL et fournisseurs d'API ;
    Normalisation des données, en mélangeant des ensembles de données différents pour leur donner une apparence uniforme et former une source unique de vérité ;
    Travailler dans un environnement bilingue .
