Job Title

  • Job Status8week Summer Contract (Fulltime 40hrs/week)


The Project Coordinator is responsible for auditing and evaluating a variety of programs at Nisa Foundation including the Mental Health services, Childcare Services, Casework Services and Remote Casework Services.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with program staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure that programs run smoothly and effectively.

Ultimately the Program Coordinator will develop an auditing system and support the implementation of yearly audits.- Develop and implement program evaluation plan and outline methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement as well as program risks

  • Tasks will involve suggesting ideas based on client/user feedback, working with managers and other teams to shape those ideas and execute
  • Create and track metrics to quantify the customer experience
  • Organize and analyze customer data to improve the current experience and predict future needs.
  • Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
  • Help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on CX performance parameters
  • Communicate with program staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information and resources are available
  • Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness
  • Manage program evaluation and assessment efforts
  • Perform other programrelated tasks as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, nonprofit management, or social work
  • 23 years of experience in program coordination or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

This position is under the Canada Summer Jobs program, to be eligible, applicants must:
