GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
PBP is seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to drive and implement the company's marketing efforts.

In this role you will work closely with Alison Phillips (co-founder) and both internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to implement PBP's marketing strategy and execute various campaigns.

The focus of this role will be on marketing coordination for PBP's retail customers in North America. This is a highly motivated and dedicated position that requires both excellent time management and communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and building Data/Analytics/Reporting
  • Content Creation: A/B Testing to maximize conversion
  • Managing Campaigns and External Marketing agencies
  • Media (Ads)
  • SEO/SEM/SMO
  • Social content management + community management
  • PR support
  • Sales team support: outreach, pitch decks, event support

  • You love startups
  • 25 years of contentled marketing
  • 25 years of growth and performance marketing
  • Crossfunctional work experience
  • You're very organized
  • Content writing experience across multiple channels
  • Twosided marketplace experience (is an asset)
  • Experience in a quantitative marketing role at a startup, marketplace or artisan business (is an asset)
  • You have experience working w/ external Marketing Agencies (is an asset)

_LOCATION_
We're a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, and Colombia.

You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we have a strong preference for this role to be based out of an Eastern Timezone location.
