Proven experience working with Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg or Excel. CFA designation/enrollment or equivalent experience would be beneficial.


As an Associate Product Support Manager, you will assist in the definition and implementation of mutual fund sales support strategies and content for BMO Global Asset Management.

In this role, you will help create in depth Mutual Fund product research and competitive analysis and works closely with other product managers and sales to develop channel appropriate content.

Collaborating with internal partners across the organization to support Mutual Fund products across multiple channels.

  • Production of regular and adhoc reports.
  • Conducts competitive analysis associated with assigned products.
  • Gathers customer and sales feedback and performs analysis of issues.
  • Completes internal and regulatory reporting.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to develop materials and training for salesforce, and manages changes.
  • Helps to maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works closely with other team members on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Typically between 4 years of relevant experience and postsecondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Established track record of providing strong investment performance and effective risk management.
  • Completion of relevant investments certification.
  • Experienced understanding of business line and a basic understanding of the overall firm.
  • Experienced understanding of specialized discipline.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
