Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Active listener, who can quickly diagnose and resolve client service needs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Jon description

  • Effectively communicate with the clients, good personal manners
  • Working with database. Creating and issuing documentation
  • Working with payments
  • Ensures clients problems resolution is prompt and effective
  • Phone skills on professional level (involves taking bookings over the phone)
  • Responsible to communicate to the management all clients concerns and suggest resolutions
  • Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working environment.
  • Fast learner and ready to work in busy environment
  • Keep working area clean, professional and orderly.

Qualifications:


  • Must present poof/references of previous similar work activity
  • Must present police clearance certificates.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions within the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to work multiple shifts.
