    As a Business Development Manager
    • Foodservice (Ontario), you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating relationships with distributors and operators, and increasing the visibility and presence of Café William products in the Ontario market.

    Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to design and execute initiatives tailored to market needs.

    This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven, and persistent professional who thrives on building networks, generating new opportunities, and making a tangible impact on market expansion.

    KEY RESPONSABILITIESBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate trackingProactively prospect and engage new customers through direct outreach, in-person meetings, and relationship-buildingIdentify and qualify new business opportunities, turning market potential into signed agreementsDrive the full sales cycle, from first conversation to deal closure, maintaining momentum with persistence and disciplineGenerate new business and expand market presence by targeting potential customers and creating awareness for our brandMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management, demonstrating measurable impact on market growthSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience in foodserviceProven track record of generating new business and opening new accounts or territoriesUnderstanding of the foodservice distribution landscape in Ontario or Canada is an assetFamiliarity with sales pipeline management, CRM tools, and sales reportingStrong prospecting and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in the fieldPersistent, resilient, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome obstacles and follow throughHighly organized with strong planning and time-management skillsAbility to travel within Ontario and attend industry events as neededWORKING CONDITIONSFull remote position from Ontario, with the flexibility to travel as needed for client visitsFull-time schedule (37.5 hours per week), Monday to FridayFlexible schedule and summer hours (Friday afternoons off)Comprehensive group insurance coverageRRSP with employer contributionOne paid volunteer day per yearAnnual health and wellness spending accountEmployee assistance program (EAP)3 floating days per year3 weeks of vacation
