that provides rental accommodation to almost 3000 families and individuals in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser
Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan.

We are seeking a
Residential Property Administrator to join our
Vancouver head office team. Reporting to
the Relocation and Resident Experience Manager, the Residential Property Administrator will be responsible
be organized, and detail-oriented and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving, meeting
deadlines and prioritizing workloads. If you have a passion for residential property management and enjoy

What you are great at doing:

  • Reviewing tenancy-related paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Assisting with the preparation of all necessary tenancyrelated paperwork and following up with
  • Property and Resident Managers on missing documents
  • Reviewing and preparing tenant letters and building communications
  • Conducting market research and providing feedback and recommendations on rental rates,
promotions and overall market conditions to maximize revenue at the property

  • Assisting with the preparation for RTB arbitration hearings
  • Maintaining close communication with the Property Managers
  • Ensuring the accurate filing of all electronic and physical documents while checking for accuracy
and completeness

  • Updating the CRM as directed by the Property Managers
  • Assisting with the scheduling of preventative maintenance programs as directed by Property
Managers

  • Liaising with Property Managers and the accounting team to assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Responding to property managers' inquiries in a timely manner
  • Crossdepartmental communication to achieve company goals Performing other tasks as assigned
by the manager

What you need to be successful:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 13 years of property management administration experience
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with great attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
