that provides rental accommodation to almost 3000 families and individuals in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser
Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan.
We are seeking a
Residential Property Administrator to join our
Vancouver head office team. Reporting to
the Relocation and Resident Experience Manager, the Residential Property Administrator will be responsible
be organized, and detail-oriented and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving, meeting

What you are great at doing:
- Reviewing tenancy-related paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Assisting with the preparation of all necessary tenancyrelated paperwork and following up with
- Property and Resident Managers on missing documents
- Reviewing and preparing tenant letters and building communications
- Conducting market research and providing feedback and recommendations on rental rates,
- Assisting with the preparation for RTB arbitration hearings
- Maintaining close communication with the Property Managers
- Ensuring the accurate filing of all electronic and physical documents while checking for accuracy
- Updating the CRM as directed by the Property Managers
- Assisting with the scheduling of preventative maintenance programs as directed by Property
- Liaising with Property Managers and the accounting team to assist with Accounts Receivable
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Responding to property managers' inquiries in a timely manner
- Crossdepartmental communication to achieve company goals Performing other tasks as assigned
What you need to be successful:
- Post-secondary education
- 13 years of property management administration experience
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Outstanding organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
