    Purpose of the position

    The Cours du moulin residence is currently looking for of an evening maintenance person, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Full-time position Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 11:00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

    • Required qualifications :

  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
