On behalf of our client in Richmond, BC , Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a Metrics and Measures Project Lead for an 8-months contract position .

Addition adhoc on-site attendance may be required.

The Metrics & Measures Project Lead will work in a team environment to lead the development and delivery of a set of core service measures for the department.

The ideal candidate would have recent industry working experience leading the development and successful rollout of core services measures, preferably in a technical and business environment.

The project lead will be responsible for developing a set of metrics for each of the 6 departments based on the core services that they provide to the organization.

Develop the baseline metrics for these measures.
Develop a prototype dashboard to report on these metrics.
Facilitate and lead meetings in person and/or over a virtual setting.
Perform data analysis and business needs analysis.

Perform project management as required including creating project schedules, manage deliverables, prepare milestone reports & project progress updates, prepare change management plans.

Present observations and recommendations in person and/or over a virtual setting to individuals and/or a large group, including senior management.

Dashboard building experience is an asset although not mandatory for this role.
Recent experience in Business Analyst lead roles, including project management and change management responsibilities.

Must be a quick learner, a self-starter, great at relationship building, being able to influence and gain agreement on a project approach.

Must be strong in using the entire MS Office Suite (M365 suite) and in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate and independently organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet both short-term and long-term goals and outcomes in an environment of change.

Working knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
