Cad / Cam Specialist - Brampton, Canada - Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi axis CNC machine to router aluminum profiles
- Change and Setup tooling on multi axis CNC as required
- Utilize AUTO CAD and other CAM Software to create, optimize, batch, and deploy production parts for CNC machinery
- Check product quality and verify measurements on cut profiles
- Uphold all company safety policies and procedures
- Operate punches and other manufacturing duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of geometry and math required
- Must have strong design skills (AUTO CAD Experience required)
- Familiarity with aluminum profiles
- Ability to use tape measure/caliper
- Strong attention to detail and precision skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
