Our Position
Have you been a service leader in your previous roles in the health or medical office environment, hospitality or food service, retail or consumer marketing industries that have been customer facing?


AstraZeneca Canada is looking to employ a confident and positive minded individual who is eager to bring previous customer focused work experience to the field-based role of Customer Service Representative.

This role is responsible for providing physicians' offices with outstanding customer service and approved product/patient materials.

  • Previous territory management experience is an asset
  • Desires for career development and advancement is an asset

  • Strong multitasker with superior decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Team oriented and collaborative in active communication, supporting, and contributing to overall team success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior organization skills to provide effective customer follow up and service call activity
  • A postsecondary education
  • A valid Canadian Driver's license
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be available to travel daily in vehicle to visit customers
  • Responsible for collecting and reporting Adverse Events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies and procedures
