POSITION OVERVIEW

Working within the Marketing
Team and reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation you will provide the crucial support required for our online plans including but not limited to website and campaigns.

You will work closely with the web master providing support for a range of responsibilities like web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, and various updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the site maintenance and upgrade tasks, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
Design and build easy to use, attractive and secure campaign landing pages
Troubleshoot website issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Update website content and assist with routine optimizations.
Monitor and analyze site performance on a regular basis.
Assist with Google Analytics reports.
Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
Systematic A/B testing to increase web performance.

Qualification:

University Degree or College Diploma (Website design, development, Computer Science or related field)

Must have skills;

Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to follow directions as well as adherence to company values/policies.
Excellent organizational skills.
Above average written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to support multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with web standard.
Proven experience of 3+ years in managing websites and/or web projects.
