    Job Description

    We are in search of a Backend (Python) Software Developer, Engineer who is known for being a trusted advisor and a capable shipper among their teammates, leaders, and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work on Client products and our internal products, delivering high-quality software.
    • Develop mobile APIs and web applications for mobile and browser Clients.
    • Participate in code reviews for teammates and glean insights for self-improvement.
    • Follow project plans and collaborate in cross-functional teams to organize versions and sprints.
    • Perform testing based on predefined test plans.
    • Provide technical inputs to sales and project managers, assisting in creating project budgets and schedules.
    • Coordinate with our pencils (designers) to craft intuitive interfaces.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in Python software development
    • Degree in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering
    • Proficiency in Django framework
    • Familiarity with rule engines, event processing, and real-time data analysis
    • In-depth knowledge of software security practices
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git
    • Aptitude for collaborating and communicating with diverse team members from various locations
