Position Title:
In Force Policy Administrator

Supervisor, Individual Life Administration

Temporary Full-Time - 18 Month Contract


Work Arrangements:

We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately September 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.


What you will be doing:


  • Verify that all pertinent information and requirements have been met prior to completing requests
  • Update and maintain individual life insurance policies including but not limited to the following: bank account updates, policy loans, dividend & cash withdrawals, inquiries relating to policy values, fund transfers and fund reallocations, terminations, and name, beneficiary & ownership changes
  • Continually assess for potential process improvements & make recommendations for efficiencies
  • Responding to inquiries from policyholders & advisors while presenting a positive Company image
  • Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients

What you will bring:


  • You thrive in a fastpaced, constantly evolving environment with the ability to manage daily fluctuations in work volumes & adapt to change in direction
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
  • Superior written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and/or LOMA designations are an asset
  • French language skills are an asset; specifically, an ability to read and provide written correspondence in French
