This position provides technical support to staff and students via ticketing system, phone or remote control.

  • Provide professional technical support on laptops & desktops: Windows and MacOS; mobile devices: Android and IOS (iPad/iPhone); network equipment: routers, switches access points firewalls VOIP; system and application software;
  • Document all work done in ticketing system communicates effectively efficiently with clients staff schedule service tickets other technologies schools District locations;
  • Prepare maintain incident records asset database perform information technology functions support division;
