    Description

    Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

    We are looking for a passionate professional with extensive experience in AWS to join our team at BMO as a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer. At BMO, we are focused on innovation, using cutting-edge cloud services to meet the needs of our customers in an ever-changing environment. If you are enthusiastic, bold, and ready to contribute to growing the good, we want you on our Cloud Engineering team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and integrate BMO Cloud Platform (AWS), core, and shared services
    • Develop patterns for automated provisioning, management, scalability, and security
    • Ensure compliance with security and standards
    • Contribute to IaC modules
    • Design enterprise-scale cloud environments
    • Secure cloud services in AWS
    • Develop and maintain architectural templates
    • Enhance the enterprise hybrid cloud

    Required Core Skills:

    • Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript
    • Expertise in CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
    • DevOps experience in CI/CD pipelines
    • Knowledge of AWS services and IAM design
    • Experience in cloud networking and IT areas
    • Cloud disaster recovery strategies

    Bonus Skills:

    • Development background
    • Experience in software-defined network management

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently or in a team
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Adaptability and agility
    • Comfortable in an Agile environment

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Salary range: $74,000 - $138,600.00
