What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to facilitate logistics and ensure DTC, Wholesale and Retail orders are shipped on time
  • Organize shipments, create manifests and provide delivery information to appropriate teams including Customer Service, Wholesale, Retail, Production and Marketing
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, and return shipments daily to ensure that they meet specifications and are delivered on time
  • Work with logistics providers and customs brokers to clear shipments from customs and troubleshoot shipment issues
  • Audit supplier commercial paperwork for compliance
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders daily to identify and resolve the various issues identified
  • Monitor performance of various service and software providers
  • Ensure proper company warehouse and supplychain procedures are followed
  • Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and maintaining databases
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure maximum transparency and traceability of product movement
  • Procure and manage inventory levels of packaging supplies
  • Assist with month endreporting and routine reporting
  • Visit retail and warehousing locations to promote process compliance and service level agreements
  • Support with continuous improvement initiatives as they pertain to logistics and distribution management

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or SCM
  • English, full professional proficiency
  • 2+ years of proven experience in logistics and supplychain management, working with international logistics
  • Computersavvy with a working knowledge of logistics/IMS software (ERP)
  • Knowledge of the global logistics and transportation industry
  • Experience with customs documentation
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent people skills, and a positive, solutionsfocused mindset
  • Highly organized and able to see tasks through to final completion
  • Flexible and proactive with regards to daytoday work
