Administrative Manager
Hours of Work: 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday, Full-time
Probationary period: 4 months

Details:
- This is a fulltime position including extended health benefits, paid time off between Christmas and New Year, Day off on birthdays, contribution towards training/wellness.
- Range of pay: $64,350 to $68,250 annually based on experience and skillsets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Act as HR lead/strategic business partner to CEO and Management team:
- Support employees through all steps of the employment life cycle;
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
Administration/Office Management
- Serve as the Administration and Office Manager for the organization and oversee logistic and operational requirements, including launch of a new CRM system.
- Prepare and maintain professional documents including: presentations, spreadsheets, flowcharts, correspondence, agendas, minutes, reports, handbooks/training manuals and related documents;
Board Support
- Coordinate effective Board meetings, in support of the CEO, ensuring agendas and info packages are distributed on a timely basis; Attend, record and transcribe minutes at Board and committee meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, work independently and collaborate with a team
- Experience with databases, e.g., Donor Perfect, CRM's and Excel spreadsheets, (Pivot charts an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or other equivalent training. CHRP designation preferred.

- New Westminster, BC V3M 1E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
