Purpose_**Contributes to the overall success of the Technology Operations ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.

Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities _**:

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Ensures the delivery of bestin class customer service, fostering an environment that promotes agile, flexible and timely client support processing in line with the Bank's risk appetite and culture.
  • Maintaining an indepth knowledge of the core business of each partner and providing user support to assigned systems and groups
  • Ensuring Process Documentation are kept current
  • Assisting with the annual testing of Business Continuity backup site workstations and ensuring access, program, hardware requirements are documented and maintained for units with critical functions
  • Actions Service Now and PEGA systems in an effective manner to ensure a timely resolution by;
  • Documenting all new information within assigned tickets/cases and accurately completing requests within the service level agreement
  • Completing all requested system accesses ensuring all requests are correctly authorized
  • Reporting any requested changes to accesses that are not within standard requirements for department (based on authorized role templates on file)
  • Actively Claim PEGA Onboarding and Offboarding cases.
  • Provisioning newly onboarded employees with systems, tools and entitlements within the service level agreement
  • Ensures newly onboarded employees are provided with the technology required and ensures accurate tracking of all in house hardware as applicable (Laptops, docking stations, Headsets, Monitors )
  • Ensuring access to systems, entitlements for newly offboarded employees are removed within the service level agreement
  • Closing requests; including follow up with employees to ensure that problems are solved, and the assigned system accesses are working correctly
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education / Experience / Other Information

  • Good knowledge and familiarity with the operating systems environments
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
