- Lead and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for mid to high-rise concrete projects, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation of construction plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and project records.
- Foster a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all workers adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, with a focus on mid to high-rise concrete projects within the multi-family residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
