Reports To:
Vice President, Marketing & Customer Engagement.


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Build and manage growth marketing strategy for assigned segments.
  • Research target segments, understand their needs, buyers' journey, and know terminology for compelling copywriting.
  • Identify marketing channels, associations, events, thought leaders, and influencers that align with target segment(s), and engage with them to deliver focused programs, cohosted events, and other marketing activities that generate targeted leads.
  • Ideate, design, author assets that create awareness, support sales, and drive leads in your target segment(s).
  • Oversee ad copy creation, retargeting initiatives, and web analytics to optimize campaigns to hit company performance goals.
  • Assist with landing page optimization, lead gen and followup, and SEO projects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, outside vendors and creatives to implement new ideas, creative rotation, and optimize performance.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in a demand generation role with an enterprise sales model.
  • Previous experience dealing with a range of demand generation tools, social media, marketing measurement tools, lead tracking, and marketing attribution.
  • Highly analytic and detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment, meet strict deadlines and multitask.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
  • Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
