Dillon's
Finance group is looking for a
Billing Clerk to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals reporting to the Billing Coordinator.

This is a
full-time position based in our
London office. We offer
flexible hours and
hybrid work arrangements to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.


Responsibilities:


What your day will look like

Billing

  • Prepare client invoices, including supporting documentation and attachments.
  • Obtain approvals on Sub-Contractor Agreements and subsequent invoices.
  • Setup and maintenance of project and billing terms in accordance with contracts.
  • Draft and review bills in the billing software.
  • Track all bills sent for review or approval to ensure they are turned around within a reasonable time.
  • Respond to billing queries on a daytoday basis.
  • Communicate with project managers, project administrators, and finance staff.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What you will need to succeed

  • Completion of a postsecondary diploma program in a Business related field

Experience:

years of experience in a billing atmosphere with a focus on accounting would be considered an asset.

  • Established and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
