We're seeking a
Full-Time, Permanent Field Support Coordinator to support our growing team This role will be remote with frequent travel across the region (Western Ontario - Fort Erie, London, Windsor, Goderich).

What you will do:
- Facilitating a positive and effective experience through onboarding, training, and shadowing support to new employees. Provide ongoing post care for new employees and address any trainingrelated concerns
- Deliver and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies (onthejob, simulation, knowledgebased, and experiential) via virtual, ILT, elearning, and blended
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and content
- Provide coverage for Client Care Coordinator duties when team members are on vacation, sick, or require additional assistance
- Collaborate with Audiology & Training to maintain consistency in training delivery
- Travel within the region as needed to ensure consistent and standardized training delivery
- Assess onboard talent risks to identify potential challenges and gaps in the onboarding process and post care
- Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures by assisting in ensuring best practices are adhered to at centre level such as schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year or more proven success and experience in a training role
- Exceptional people skills and ability to train and influence
- Experience in an environment with an emphasis on sales, client interaction, and having to work with multiple tasks is required.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong ability to work independently and identify priorities
- Comfortable with shifting priorities based on company needs
- Industry experience a strong asset
- Ability to frequently travel throughout the region
