About This Opportunity:

In this role, you will lead process governance and change initiatives while supporting the Supply Chain team.

You will manage complex reporting tools, projects & cross-functional routines in support of our total strategic portfolio; proactively identify new opportunities for improvement; lead business analysis & communication; and drive planning exercises to ensure the greater team is working towards the same strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects
Manage all deliverables for project pipeline and business planning metrics
Provide and build datadriven forecasting guidance
Manipulate large amounts of data into effective reports and dashboards that will allow project leads and senior leaders make informed decisions
Develop and maintain innovative procedures for governance processes, project success tracking, and resource allocations

Qualifications:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in project management, operations, supply chain planning and/or consulting, preferably in the consumerpackaged goods industry
Quantitative & analytical experience strong understanding of systems including Margin Minder, SAP HANA, Power BI, Blue Yonder (JDA), Snowsquall is an asset
Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project schedules and forecasts
Advanced Microsoft Excel acumen is necessary to be successful in this role, VBA & Macros is preferred
