About This Opportunity:

In this role, you will lead process governance and change initiatives while supporting the Supply Chain team.

You will manage complex reporting tools, projects & cross-functional routines in support of our total strategic portfolio; proactively identify new opportunities for improvement; lead business analysis & communication; and drive planning exercises to ensure the greater team is working towards the same strategic business priorities.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage multiple projects
  • Manage all deliverables for project pipeline and business planning metrics
  • Provide and build datadriven forecasting guidance
  • Manipulate large amounts of data into effective reports and dashboards that will allow project leads and senior leaders make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain innovative procedures for governance processes, project success tracking, and resource allocations

Qualifications:


  • Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in project management, operations, supply chain planning and/or consulting, preferably in the consumerpackaged goods industry
  • Quantitative & analytical experience strong understanding of systems including Margin Minder, SAP HANA, Power BI, Blue Yonder (JDA), Snowsquall is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project schedules and forecasts
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel acumen is necessary to be successful in this role, VBA & Macros is preferred
