Responsibilities:
- Drive activation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digitally owned and operated channels.
- Lead creative brief development
- Drive creative production of campaign assets, including but not limited to web design, copywriting, and visual assets
- Drive leadership and scaling of program strategies and creative
- Measure and report campaign performance against overall objectives (ROI and KPI's)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, hotjar, etc.).
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and UX.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs across digital channels.
- A datadriven mentality, with a focus on how to use insights to influence planning and execution.
- An ability to work crossfunctionally with a variety of creative minds and business stakeholders.
- A preference for a fastpaced and dynamic environment track record working across complex crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing
- Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
- The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously.
- Enjoys working independently as well as part of a creative team
- Experience in the powersports industry is a plus
- This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
- This is a fulltime opportunity operating Monday-Friday, with additional overtime hours in peak seasons
- This position may operate under flexible work hours and partial remote work arrangements following completion of the training period
