We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team and drive our sales operations.


Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving exceptional performance levels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee all dealership sales negotiations and transactions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of the automotive sales process and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

Pay:
$36,629.04-$138,849.61 per year
