Site: UHN Department: FM-PRO (Facilities Management - Planning, Redevelopment and Operations)
Reports to: Executive Director, Capital & Space Management/Research Facilities
Hours: 37.

5 hours per week
Status: Permanent Full-time

Job Summary:


As an integral member of the FM-PRO Capital Project Team, and under the direction of the Executive Director, Capital & Space Management/Research Facilities; with responsibilities to the Director, Redevelopment; the Administrative Coordinator will coordinate activities related to Capital Projects.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration or Office Administration, from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience working in a senior administrative support role, preferably in a health care environment.
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage routine correspondence, multiple tasks/projects, diversified workload and rapidly changing priorities/deadlines Strong organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in taking meeting minutes, identifying decisions, action items and next steps.
  • Effective conflictmanagement skills required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High proficiency in conducting research, compiling information and maintaining records.
  • Experience working in hospital an asset.
  • Experience with MS Project an asset.
  • Vaccines (COVID19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
