This role is a 20 month term position

What you will do:

Own the Demand Planning process, including supporting Sales in maintaining their monthly longterm Demand Forecasts
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial organization, primarily Sales, as well as Product Management & TDL, as key contributors in the planning process
Responsible for analyzing variances between demand forecast, sales plan and actual shipments, highlighting major risks & opportunities, to improve demand forecasting
Produce executive summary forecast reporting in support of monthly cross functional review meetings and manage tracking and completion of identified actions
Deliver monthly Demand Forecasting metrics to the Sales Leadership Team
Champion the use of the SAP-IBP planning system maintain quality and completeness of data and provide user support for the planning system as well as collaboration & reporting tools
Support the continuous improvement of processes & tools to increase speed, accuracy & insights of the integrated planning process
Develop and maintain documentation for IBP tools and processes

What you will bring:

Postsecondary education with 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
Passion for data and problem solving, driven by a high level of curiosity
An analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, concise, and easy to understand way
Significant experience with process documentation and a mindset for continuous improvement
Comfortable managing tight deadlines & competing priorities
Confidence in voicing ideas in a supportive and collaborative team environment
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Experience working in SAP IBP, MSS, SAP, Power Query and/or Power BI, and SharePoint is considered an asset
