Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive partner strategy to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships at JSI, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with Sales and BD teams to identify and qualify potential new partners based on established criteria.
  • Create onboarding program for both sales and technical partner resources, as well as ongoing enablement and communication programs for JSI partner community.
  • Create gotomarket strategies with JSI partners that will help uncover sales opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the development and delivery of JSI content to our Partners and joint marketing material including webinars, events, case studies, videos, and social media.
  • Maintain partner relationships including management of contract, incentives, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Contribute to JSI's internal awareness of Partner offerings and GTM strategies involving Partners, as required.
  • Coordinate Partner support (in collaboration with the Growth team) on solicitation responses and proposals, as required.
  • Maintain records of key Partner interactions, prospects, and pipeline in JSI CRM
  • Communicate with Sales, Marketing, Product & Executive Leadership on Partner Strategy and overall, Partner Program progress.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience in Partner Program strategy and execution
  • Experience working with a variety of partners, including technology alliances, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize ongoing activities.
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and solve them with Partner enabled solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Computer technologysavvy, including ability to lead production of partner program collateral (brochures, white papers, webinars, etc.)

Desirable Criteria:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or Marketing
  • Experience in marketing and business development for enterprise software solutions
  • Experience in highgrowth software company, preferably in a B2G sales motion
