This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making proactive calls to establish and nurture fresh client relationships
Assessing customers, verifying employment & credit standing
Attentively understanding and pinpointing customer requirements, then providing personalized guidance on the optimal personal finance solution
Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the preapproval process
Actively engaging with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction by cultivating solutionoriented connections
Developing comprehensive knowledge about Spring Financial's program offerings and educating clients on the best use of such programs.

What You Should Already Have:

Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
Resultsoriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.
