Responsibilities:


  • To collaboratively assist with the daytoday operations of the residence in order to maintain a high standard of living within our communities
  • To dependably implement every individual's plan of care exactly as written
  • To provide a safe, structured, educational and developmentally appropriate home environment that promotes a sense of wellbeing, selfconfidence, belonging and independence for the individual.
  • To collaborate with the individuals and their larger network to proactively promote opportunities for inclusion in all environments.
  • To efficiently meet all documentation requirements within established timelines
  • To commit to all scheduled shifts

Requirements:


  • 13 years previous work in a similar environment
  • Certificate and/or degree in the Social Services or related field (asset)
  • Class 5 driver's license (preferred) Minimum of Class 4 required for some positions.
  • NVCI or MANDT (preferred)
  • Commitment and adherence to all points in Job Description

$20.09-$20.49 per hour
