Electrical Assembler
We are looking for a full-time
Electrical Assembler as early as
March 2024.

With AAVAA, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team building a unique listening device that allows everyone to hear what they want by processing their surrounding sounds based on input from their brain and biosignals.

As an Electrical Assembler at AAVAA, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for crafting and assembling intricate electrical components and systems.

Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that our products exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Your tasks and duties will include:

  • Precise Assembly: Assemble complex electrical components and systems with precision, following engineering diagrams and assembly instructions.
  • Wiring Expertise: Proficiently wire and connect various components, cables, and harnesses.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks and functional tests on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous documentation of assembly processes, including component tracking and quality control data.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance assembly procedures and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components, circuits, and wiring techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and diagrams.
  • Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering topquality work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a dedication to working safely at all times.

Nice to Have:

  • Technical degree or relevant certification in electrical assembly or related field.
  • Experience in assembling IoT devices.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
