What You Will Do:


As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play an essential role within our IT work group, reporting to the Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Monitoring IT incidents, service requests and problems and triaging as appropriate;
  • Diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 incident tickets;
  • Assisting with problem investigations and providing input to solutions;
  • Coordinating and maintaining the recording and tracking of IT assets; and
  • Providing end user hardware replacement and lifecycle refreshes.

What You Will Bring:


Required qualifications:

  • Completion of a twoyear Computer Systems Technology diploma from an accredited institution;
  • Three or more years' experience working within IT and in a service desk environment;
  • Three or more years supporting Microsoft Environment (Domains, Group Policy Objects, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365);
  • Valid Alberta Driver's License; and
  • Ability to physically perform necessary duties.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of networking;
  • Understanding of IT asset management, identity, and access management;
  • Strong problemsolving skills; and
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
