At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes.

As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013.

However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

The Inside Sales Representative will:
  • Creating, building, and nurturing long
  • term relationships between assigned accounts and colleagues within the company.
  • Achieve quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Managing communications between customers and internal teams, liaise with crossfunctional internal teams to achieve the desired customer experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Developing and sustaining a thorough understanding of account needs as change occurs.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines of performance.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account objectives and progress on a timely basis to share with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing client data to finetune and provide excellent client relationship management.
  • Forecast and track account metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Employing a consultative sales approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with successfully nurturing longterm client relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Tactical thinking skills and abilities.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Account Management Experience (1+ years).
  • Business acumen, especially in the retail space.
  • Experience in a competitive product category/market.
