Intern, Finance Operations:

What you'll do:

Assist in the preparation of internal monthly operational financial reports
Prepare journal entries to reclass costs to correct budget accounts
Data mining and analysis of actual costs in overhead and G&A for functional BUs and comparing to current budgets to support monthly variance analysis
Prepare process documentation and flowcharting the processes for EV Analysis, data collection, and other significant Operations Finance processes related to production performance reporting
Perform data entry support to meet 2023 project/initiative deliverables

What you'll bring:

Enrollment in the 2nd or 3rd year of a university program with a preference for Finance & Accounting applicants.
Above average organizational skills to gather and analyze/synthesise data.
Excellent computer skills including Excel/Word/ PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong communication, diplomacy, interpersonal and organization skills.
Ability to collaborate with teams and work independently with mínimal supervision and manage their time effectively.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
