We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our National Marketing team.

You will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing strategies to improve our customer's online experience and digital growth on various digital and social media platform, oversee and analyze the performance of the content.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Track key performance indicators for web traffic, lead conversion, ad performance, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate the schedule of online promotional activities to generate more visits and digital revenue growth.
  • Optimize SEO and paid campaigns for our transactional website and microsites.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve conversions.
  • Provide recommendation to improve our customer's online experience and coordinate the online projects with the broader ecommerce team.
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels and monitor our social campaign performance.
  • Conduct frequent website audits and provide recommendations to improve performance and customer experience to drive conversions and grow digital revenue.
  • Work closely with our suppliers to coordinate ensure their online presence (paid ads, web banners, content, brand landing page, etc).
  • Conduct web training sessions for team members
  • Coordinate technical web issues
  • Ensure quality of online customer service.
  • Support the marketing team in any marketing initiative.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management or administration, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • You have great knowledge of digital trends, website, social media and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A collaborative working style; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook/Instagram ads (asset)
  • Coding experience HTML, CSS (asset)
  • Excellent English and French written and oral skills (asset)
