As a Junior Business Analyst, you will being working closely with stakeholders; gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and contributing to the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
Analysis & Documentation: Analyze current processes and systems, creating clear and concise documentation.
Problem Solving: Identify business challenges and propose effective solutions for operational improvement.
Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure a shared understanding of objectives.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights that inform decisionmaking.
Testing & Validation: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure implemented solutions meet specified requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of business processes and technology concepts.
