Reporting to the Director, Partner Brands, the
Partner Brands Coordinator based in Toronto, is responsible for providing general support to MAWS Portfolio Managers including key accountability of driving the MAWS National Listing Process.

The Partner Brands Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating various meeting schedules within Canada and internationally and acts as liaison for Partner Brands in various operational systems and on specific projects.


The Role

  • Listing Process & Partner Portal_
  • Initial setup of companyowned and supplier SKUs within MAWS systems across various suppliers (including pricing and SKU upload to PP)
  • Works with regional sales coordinators and PM's on SKU registration at liquor boards
  • Manages sample requests for brand & PM teams (new product submissions)
  • Full ownership of Partner Portal media gallery material including uploading current/new accolades, bottle shots, tech sheets, press releases for specific list of suppliers (nonImport Wine)
  • Tenders/Listing Submissions_
  • Leads on the preparation of all liquor boar tenders by working with various PM (Portfolio Manager) teams. This includes pricing support, gathering assets and managing critical timelines.
  • Packaging compliance requests (internal only) and communication of results to supplier partners
  • Sample requests to suppliers and tracking/delivery
  • Team Support_
  • Management of MAWS Schedule for major global trade shows
  • Organization of Partner Brands team meetings (preparation and meeting notes)
  • Management of Supplier Meeting calendar including setting up Toronto office for these meetings
  • Management of updated supplier contact lists
  • Support supplier visits for selected partners and prepare and deliver itineraries
  • Support Portfolio Managers with media library requirements, assets (nonImport Wine portfolio)
  • Support Portfolio Managers with administrative requirements volume planner, COPS, ABP allocations, Chatter downloads (nonImport Wine portfolio)
  • Occasionally supports PM's with onboarding and offboarding of suppliers

  • Partner Brands point of contact for MAWS Partner Portal and Gatekeeper (ie
  • MAWS House of Tools)
  • Support partner brands with multibrand invoice coding
  • Special projects as defined by Director, Partner Brands

What You Will Bring:


  • 2+ years of administration experience
  • Very well organized
  • Proven time management skills (prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or related
