The Opportunity:


The LMS Administrator is responsible for supporting the management of daily operational performance of the LMS with over 1500 users by providing customer service (e.g., managing helpdesk ticketing system, business requests, etc.), learner management and registrations, performing system training to internal stakeholders, when required, and providing reporting and analytics support for all lines of business.

As a key function of this role, you will be required to partner in troubleshooting systems issues and work closely with a diverse team to provide technical expertise, identify needs, and provide continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is suited for a highly driven and curious individual, willing to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage helpdesk ticketing system and provide support for the training inbox where required.
  • Responsible for the LMS enrollments and registrations of all job specific and/or soft skill eLearning training for all divisions.
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly training reports using our learning management system.
  • Updates Arthur, our intranet, as requested and communicates division updates.
  • Support with updating SharePoint sites and uploading content provided by different divisions.
  • Responsible for the coordination of ongoing new hire programs, workshops and information sessions for all divisions supported.
  • Responsible for recording and tracking training registrations, followup and perform analysis on course attendance and feedback.
  • Records and analyzes survey and questionnaire evaluations.
  • Coordinate the accruement of translations through a thirdparty vendor.
  • Maintain the smooth configuration, implementation, and operation of the Learning Management System; perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with the HRIS relational database and ongoing data migration (user data and training content).
  • Remain current with the systems' functionality and how it can best serve the organization's current and future needs.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities in a timely fashion.
  • Strong attention to detail to provide quality analysis and proofreading/editing on completed deliverables.
  • Highly independent, selfstarter, team player
  • Understand complex technical ideas and communicate them interactively and visually to varying audiences.

The Requirements Needed:


  • Minimum two (2) LMS administration and operation experience required.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with online collaborations tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated strength in interpersonal communications to provide end users with the support they require.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate learning platform systems, system configuration, implementation, program design and development.
  • Advanced Excel skills required for creating reports including vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Innovative, analytical, and creative thinker who is comfortable researching, testing, and deploying new solutions, and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of adult learning and instruction design principles an asset.
  • Strong written communication skills in French an asset.
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills.
