Human Resources Coordinator

With this, we integrate and liaison with businesses by meeting their needs within the business. This position will be a job developer position.


We are excited to offer this rare opportunity to be part of our human resources team as a human resources coordinator for the best of the best.

We are looking for passionate, driven and a highly skilled individual who are willing to work closely with our firm to deliver the best results


Responsibilities:


  • Recruit all positions for clients as needed
  • Main point of contact for multiple clients and liaison between client and firm
  • Consult with the marketing team for necessary information
  • Administration of health and benefits plan
  • Oversee administrative policies and procedures for the firm
  • Train employees on development, policies and processes
  • Promote an active workplace culture that includes championing equality and diversity
  • Providing support to all employees in HR-Related topics for example: onboarding, benefits, vacation, questions, complaints and dispute resolution options
  • Develop and maintain employee contracts and agreements

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years experience in HR
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and development skills
  • Familiar administrative skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • English not required

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Human resources: 2 years (required)
