Are you solutions oriented and passionate about change management? We have an exciting opportunity within our Change Management team Our team strives to promote, deploy and monitor best practices and major change initiatives by providing training, tools, support and coaching to the business.
We aim to provide an integrated view of all initiatives while highlighting changes and impacts on stakeholders in an interactive way.
The senior Business Advisor will support and assist the Change Management team along with the Direct Distribution stakeholders in the definition and implementation of change management strategies and tactics associated with the implementation of initiatives or transformational projects.
What you'll do here:
- Perform stakeholder analysis and impact analysis in partnership with business partners
- Advise and equip the various stakeholders in terms of sharing the business vision and the goals of change
- Work with the business to prepare and coordinate change management plan and strategy
- Liaise with key people in other sectors affected by the changes made
- Work in collaboration with human resources, communications and training teams with regard to internal communication equipment, information and mobilization activities, as well as the development of training equipment and post deployment coordination
- Ensure the evolution of change management tools and ensure coordination with the various stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings, workshops and other activities where the presence of the change management advisor is required
- Advise the project management team on change management, identify and manage risks and challenges in change management, obtain the required positions and be a leading player in designing and implementing solutions to human challenges
- Facilitate necessary Change Management training for various levels of the organization.
- Support the Change Management team members, as required
What you bring to the table:
- University Degree in Business, Human Resources or another relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the P+C Insurance Industry
- Experience or exposure within change management
- Experience in the implementation of complex and large projects
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Skills and interest in both strategic thinking and the execution of deliverables
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent team spirit and initiative
- Bilingual is a strong asset
