    We are looking for Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing team

    As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Associate , you will become a licensed insurance agent and authorized to sell home and auto insurance. You will deliver a seamless client experience by understanding individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions and providing guidance every step of the way.

    What you'll do here:

  • Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering theirproduct questions and advising on next steps
  • Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services
  • Accept and process changes in payment methods
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner

    • What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Bilingual in French and English is a requirement for this role as you will be taking calls with both French & English speaking customers
